Parexel is hiring a Site Payment Associate to support Argentina and Mexico operations. You will review clinical payment documents, extract data for budgets, and ensure site setup in IPS. Ideal candidates have BS degrees or equivalent industry experience and some project management exposure. You will collaborate with negotiators and partners to resolve payment issues and maintain

• BS degree or extended relevant industry experience.
• 0+ years' experience in a related discipline.
• Business or technical degree is preferred along with basic clinical trial knowledge.
• Written and oral language fluency in legal, medical, and scientific terms.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Previous project management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail evident in a disciplined approach to contracts, budgets, and management.
• Understand budget and payment setup configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Review and interpret global clinical payment documents for each contract executed (CSAs, budgets, amendments, and Budget Modification Letters) and extract payment information for budget configuration template (e.g. amounts, caps, limits, backup requirements, etc.)
• Endeavor to ensure sites are set up correctly for payment in Investigator Payment System (“IPS”)
• Distinguish between data driven and manual payment line items and configure accordingly
• Escalate and timely resolution of ambiguous payment information to contract negotiators for clarification
• Follow up with sites on relevant payee form completion, correction, or modification
• Collaborate and communicate with business partners
• Endeavor to ensure adherence to the client processes
• Partner with Investigator Payments Lead (IPL) to track missing and incomplete documents
• Track all issues and resolution

Parexel FSP is looking to hire multiple Site Payment Associates in Argentina and Mexico. The Site Payments Associate, will provide broad support for activities related to the execution of accurate and timely site payments.
