Medpace is seeking a Regulatory Submissions Coordinator for our Buenos Aires office to support ethics submissions and regulatory documentation. You will work closely with Regulatory Submissions Coordinators and Start Up teams to help ensure timely delivery of study materials and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years of regulatory submissions experience, a Life Sciences background, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required (Life Sciences preferred) and 1–3 years of regulatory submissions experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day departmental/project support activities, such as collection of vital documents for ethics submissions and preparation of study documents to competent authorities.
• Support Regulatory Submission Managers and Start Up teams in ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
• Conduct quality control of documents.
• Provide advice and guidance to internal and external team members to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
