OneSpaWorld on a cruise ship is seeking an experienced hairdresser to deliver professional hair services in a luxury spa environment. You will be responsible for performing precise blow-drying, cutting and styling while educating guests on products and home care.

The role requires adherence to spa protocols, excellent time management, and a focus on retail sales goals, all within the ship’s international operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a hairdressing diploma/license.
• Strong blow-drying skills for all hair types, especially straight styles without straighteners.
• Solid cutting skills and ability to adapt to guests' style requests.
• Ability to use products cost-effectively.

• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good strong confident blow drying skills on hair of ALL types (particular emphasis on blow drying straight without the aid of straightners).
• Good cutting skills and ability to adapt to guests' style requirements.
• Ability to work in a cost effective manner with products.
