Job summary

Tether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Wallets to own end-to-end design across our digital wallets. You will collaborate with the Design Lead to shape wallet experiences, working with product, engineering and research to deliver user-centered solutions at pace.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of fintech/crypto design, strong Figma skills, and a proven track record shipping live wallet products. This is a 100% remote, worldwide role with opportunities to influence wallet strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, shipping live wallet/crypto/fintech products.
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design and prototyping.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI.
• Understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody.
• A plain-language instinct to make complex concepts feel obvious.
• Proactive, fast-paced, and able to thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution end to end from concept to launch.
• Turn complex ideas into simple wallet experiences.
• Prototype rapidly using high-fidelity tools, including AI.
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering and research teams.
• Present work clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to wallet strategy and design system at scale.
