Neowork is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote role serving North American universities. You will edit, optimize, and tailor video content across ads, social, and campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to maintain brand storytelling and consistency.

You will lead color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance engagement, while ensuring platform-specific formats and timely delivery across YouTube, social, and paid media channels.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferable in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability, with pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).
