Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in higher education and mission-driven campaigns. You will edit and optimize video content for ads, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to tailor content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

In this role, you will work on shaping video content strategies for Latin America expansion and ensure seamless execution across projects while keeping up-to-date with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, media production, or marketing setting.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability with clear pacing and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and color grading for multiple platforms.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.

Responsabilités

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Integrate motion graphics and simple animations to improve engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms with correct aspect ratios and thumbnails.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align visuals with goals.
• Manage video files and assets with structured workflows and version control.
• Review edits and refine content based on feedback before final delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets accounting for review steps.
