Pepoltek Limited is seeking a Senior Video Editor for a fully remote role servicing North American universities. You will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce high-quality content for YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.

This role supports Latin America expansion and requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Premiere Pro skills, and fluent English to work with

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency/marketing preferred).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling with pacing and visual impact for campaigns.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social/web/broadcast.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluent English communication; ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

• Optimize videos for different platforms , ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.

• Collaborate with creative teams —designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.

• Manage video files and organize assets , ensuring structured workflows and version control.

• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.

• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.

• Ensure timely delivery of final assets , accounting for internal and client review steps.

Is This You?

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferable in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro , plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

• Strong storytelling ability , with a clear understanding of pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.

• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).

• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.

• Highly organized —able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Fluent English communication skills , with ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
