EBANX is seeking a Treasury Senior Specialist for the South Cone to lead regional banking relationships and oversee cash management, FX, and liquidity in LATAM. This role requires strong English and Spanish skills, governance, and the ability to collaborate across markets.

You will work with HQ and country teams to optimize banking operations, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting capital structure initiatives and strategic funding decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Governance and regional Banking Operations.
• Advanced English and Spanish for effective communication with global and regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical profile and problem-solving orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage strategic relationships with local and international banks and FX providers across the South Cone.
• Identify opportunities to optimize FX efficiency, cash flow, liquidity, and fund sweepings.
• Ensure governance, internal controls, and full regulatory compliance.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to reduce banking fees and improve FX spreads.
• Maintain in-country presence through regular visits with banking partners.
• Support Country Managers with banking strategy and total COGS reduction.
• Explain FX offerings to merchants in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Partner with HQ on capital structure strategies, including dividends and credit lines.
