ELEKS is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join a client delivery team, embedded within the project to drive in-sprint automation. The role requires hands-on automation with Java (TestNG/JUnit), Selenium WebDriver for web, Appium for mobile, and strong CI/CD experience.

• 6+ years of professional experience in test automation engineering.
• Proficient in Java with TestNG and/or JUnit for automated tests.
• UI automation using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Knowledge of secure coding/testing principles, QA methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot or other AI-based coding assistants.
• Proficient in Git with branching, reviews and PRs.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with Postman or REST Assured for API testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English; strong communication skills.

• Review requirements and convert them into quality control artefacts.
• Prepare and acquire test data for automation.
• Develop, execute, refactor and optimise automation scripts.
• Log results and document deviations from expected outcomes.
• Maintain automation tooling and environment administration.
• Provide automation test environment setup and support.
• Review automation artefacts produced by others and improve processes.
• Investigate new automation tools and approaches for implementation.
• Communicate with the customer to align on testing strategy.
