Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience with complex corporate systems.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Windsurf) desired.
• Experience in on-premise virtualization (VMware ESX, Hyper-V) and Windows/Linux.
• Knowledge of PgSQL, Oracle SQL, MS Exchange/Office 365.
• ITIL Foundation understanding; certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, guiding and monitoring health of solutions.
• Provide Technical Account Management and project delivery services.
• Develop knowledge bases and hands-on experience with Acronis products.
• Design backup and business continuity strategies for customer environments.
• Escalate and manage resolution with support, R&D, and data center teams.
• Prepare executive summaries and post-deployment feedback reports.
