Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM to focus on technology implementations, governance, and enhancements of tax elements in ERP systems across ARG, CL, CRI, MX. The role collaborates with tax, DT&D, and deployment teams to improve tax determination and reporting processes.

Based in Rosario, Argentina, Coronel in Chile, San José in Costa Rica, or Mexico City, with strong English communication and international tax experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in ERP systems.
• Experience in international tax/finance environments.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, testing and trainings after go-live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications, following a standard tax methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across all tax areas using Tax Methodology.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach a joined solution.
