Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect for LATAM, based in Rosario, Argentina (hybrid work). You will lead tax-ERP design, governance, and implementations across ARG, CL, CRI, MX with the LATAM tax team and DT&D collaboration to optimize tax determination and reporting.

You will gather local tax requirements, build compliant ERP tax configurations, and support training and go-live activities while ensuring alignment with global tax standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Experience within international tax/finance environments.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications) with local requirements.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications per standard methodology.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure consistent tax design, documentation and controls in ERP.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and managers to align on solutions.
