Job summary

Cargill LATAM seeks a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect, based in Rosario, Argentina, to lead tax technology implementations in ERP systems and enhance tax processes across LATAM. You will work with the tax team and deployment/DT&D to drive accurate tax determinations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
• Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
• Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
• Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
