Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect - LATAM to lead technology implementations and governance of tax elements in ERP systems across Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, and Mexico. You will work with tax, DT&D, and deployment teams to optimize tax determination and reporting.

The role emphasizes analyzing tax requirements, building solutions, and ensuring consistent tax architecture across tax functions.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent English language skills - written and verbal
Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems or applications.
Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as the basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems
Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

Provide tax technology implementations (ERP and applications) including gathering local tax requirements with regional tax experts.
Assist on initial design, analysis, testing and trainings following go-live.
Build and maintain tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications per standard taxonomy.
Ensure consistent tax design across tax areas and monitor ERP tax logic.
Collaborate with tax content architects and managers to co-create integrated solutions.
