Job summary

Cargill LATAM seeks a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect to drive tax technology implementations and governance across ERP environments in ARG, CL, CRI and MX. The candidate must be based in Rosario, Argentina, and will collaborate with tax, deployment, sustain and DT&D teams.

The role focuses on designing and validating tax requirements, architecture and reporting in ERP systems, with a global perspective and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
• Good understanding of tax reporting requirements as well as basic understanding of statutory requirements and configuration in current technologies.
• Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

• TAX SOLUTIONS: Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
• TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
• TAX ARCHITECTURE: Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
• TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.
