Job summary

Cargill is seeking a Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect - LATAM (ARG, CL, CRI, MX) to lead technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in ERP and improve tax processes across LATAM. You will work with the wider tax team and connect with technology deployment, sustain & optimize teams to deliver accurate tax determinations.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent English language skills - written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills to embed tax requirements in ERP systems.
Good understanding of tax reporting requirements and configuration in current technologies.
Basic understanding of tax functionality in enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience within or good understanding of an international tax/finance environment.

Responsibilities

TAX SOLUTIONS: Support tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including gathering local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on design, testing and trainings after go-live.
TAX ERP ANALYSIS: Support building and maintaining tax requirements in ERP systems and tax applications, following standard tax methodology.
TAX ARCHITECTURE: Ensure tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented consistently across tax areas, including ERP controls.
TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to reach joint solutions.
