Job summary

Ecolab Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Tax Senior Analyst to join our Latin American Statutory and Tax accounting team in Buenos Aires. You will focus on indirect and direct tax compliance, corporate income tax reporting, and interactions with authorities, supporting Argentina & Uruguay activities.

The role requires 4+ years in tax, English fluency, and strong analytical skills. You will work with external advisors, ERP systems, and drive process improvements across tax functions.

Qualifications

• Analyst-level role with 4+ years of tax experience.
• English fluency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of indirect and direct tax concepts and local tax compliance.
• Experience in income tax returns and tax accounting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on indirect tax compliance including VAT filings and related accounting activities.
• Collaborate with external advisors on direct tax compliance and corporate income tax filings.
• Assist income tax accounting for US GAAP and statutory accounts for entities in the country.
• Coordinate annual income tax return preparation with data validation and external auditors.
• Support statutory financial statement processes with auditors and local authorities.
• Operate with the country ERP systems and related tax data.
• Drive automation and standardization across tax processes and controls.
• Report to COE Manager.
