AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure core system administration and operational stability across both on-premise and SaaS-hosted environments. The role emphasizes Kubernetes cluster management, monitoring, and observability using Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.

You will participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA, automating tasks with Python, Bash, or Go, and ensuring health across ESM and ECP platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of infrastructure management experience.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes deployments and cluster operations.
• Strong monitoring, observability, and incident-response capabilities.
• Experience with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry ecosystems is a plus.
• Solid Linux/Unix administration background.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Upper-intermediate English level is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide core system administration for enterprise infrastructure.
• Maintain and scale on-premise and SaaS-hosted systems for stability.
• Manage and scale containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• For ECP-focused roles, perform monitoring and observability tasks for system health.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and RCA.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and IaC.
