GlobalLogic seeks a Senior Database Developer to lead data engineering for the Care Connect Reporting data warehouse, driving data mapping from source systems to the warehouse and implementing warehouse tables in an on-premise SQL Server environment.

You will write SSIS synchronization code, optimize batch integrations, and collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into robust DW solutions. This role emphasizes execution excellence and hands-on DW implementation.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience as Senior Engineer I or II.
• Deep execution-focused expertise in on-premise Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS.
• Ability to implement Data Warehouse structures and robust ETL pipelines.
• Experience extracting and synchronizing data from flat files and SQL Server databases.
• Excellent interface with non-technical stakeholders and Product Managers to define technical specifications and mapping rules.

Responsabilidades

• Define mapping rules with Product Manager and source system teams to translate operational data into reporting structures.
• Design and implement the CC Reporting data warehouse tables in an on-premise SQL Server environment.
• Build, optimize, and maintain SSIS code for data synchronization between operational DBs and the data warehouse.
• Manage data scale from 10 to 20 GB with daily overnight batch sync and potential for more frequent schedules.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to existing data synchronization installs and executions.
• Document features and track support tickets in Rally (moving to Jira) and participate in weekly reviews and quarterly roadmap planning.
