Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Python/React) for a full-time role (40 hours/week) in LATAM. You will deliver end-to-end projects, mentor engineers, and guide code reviews while exploring Generative AI and LLMs for future growth.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Product/UI teams and cross-functional R&D efforts to drive scalable solutions for thousands of users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a modern tech stack.
• Strong knowledge of Python and React in production.
• Experience with cloud environments and containers.

Responsibilities

• Build web application functionality using Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js.
• Design and optimize high-volume data pipelines across ingestion and data engineering.
• Integrate data and functionality across multiple software solutions.
• Push the boundaries of search and provide contextual information.
• Leverage Generative AI/LLMs where applicable and relevant.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, QA, Data teams and mentor juniors.
• Deliver end-to-end projects with code reviews and best practices.
