Worley is seeking a Site Package Manager E&I for Salta to support the Area Manager and Construction Managers in enabling on-site construction and precommissioning activities. You will liaise with project management, engineering, and procurement offices, and coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to obtain necessary information.

The role requires a university engineering degree (Electrical/Automation) with 10+ years of EPC project experience and site exposure.

Formación

• University degree in engineering with electrical or automation background.
• 10+ years of project engineering/management experience in EPC with site experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with electrical and instrumentation installation on site.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Area Manager and Construction Managers for Engineering and Procurement to enable site construction and precommissioning.
• Direct creation and management of CWPs; coordinate with Field Engineering, Site Planning and Material Management.
• Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers to obtain timely information.
• Develop technical/functional solutions to optimize construction sequences.
• Interact with stakeholders; act as a key resource with minimal supervision.
