AgileEngine is seeking a Senior SDET to strengthen quality across web and API layers using Java, REST Assured, and Playwright. This role blends a developer's mindset with a shift-left testing philosophy, embedding automation directly into CI/CD pipelines. It offers the chance to build testing practices from the ground up in a fast-moving engineering environment.

The Senior SDET will build automation frameworks, define strategy, and mentor engineers to foster a quality-first culture across squads.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java with a developer-first QA approach.
• Extensive experience using REST AssURED for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Deep understanding of the shift-left approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web and API layers.
• Define the automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable releases.
• Create API automation suites to ensure microservice integrity.
• Implement frontend automation scripts for top-tier UX.
• Mentor engineers on testing best practices and quality culture.
