EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS) in Argentina – GDS is seeking an IAM Engineer with hands‑on Saviynt experience to support Identity Governance and Administration in a large enterprise environment. You will work in an IAM delivery team handling identity lifecycle, access provisioning, certifications, onboarding, integrations, and Saviynt operations.

• 3–5 years of IAM/IGA experience in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and lifecycle.
• Experience supporting Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Experience with account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Understanding identities, entitlements, roles, and access models.
• Experience with access requests and approvals.
• Experience with identity aggregation, reconciliation, and correlation.
• Knowledge of access certifications and reviews.
• Troubleshooting IAM provisioning and lifecycle issues.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or JIRA for ticketing.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support and administer Saviynt IAM capabilities.
• Support JML identity lifecycle processes.
• Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts and access.
• Support access request and approval workflows.
• Configure identities, accounts, entitlements, roles, and access settings.
• Assist application onboarding and connector configuration.
• Support identity aggregation, reconciliation, and correlation.
• Coordinate access certification and review campaigns.
• Configure Saviynt workflows and rules; troubleshoot issues.
• Integrations between Saviynt and enterprise apps via REST APIs.
• Monitor scheduled jobs, provisioning activities, and synchronizations.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures and identity lifecycle issues.
• Analyze IAM incidents and provide technical resolution.
• Document root cause findings and maintain procedures.
• Collaborate with app owners, IAM engineers, security, and infra teams.
• Maintain technical docs and knowledge articles.
• Support IAM governance, compliance and audit activities.
