Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EAM/IAM issues in production environments.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP changes.
• Configure SAP EAM and IAM to meet business needs and fix issues.
• Develop basic technical skills in ABAP debugging, security, or automation as needed.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement solutions.
• Plan and execute system tests to verify changes.
• Coordinate deployment of solutions to production.
• Provide user training and ongoing support as required.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
