Job summary

Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking an SAP S4/HANA MM / EAM & IAM Functional Analyst to join its ERP team. The role focuses on maintaining SAP ECC/S4HANA solutions, leading configuration and integration tasks, and collaborating with cross‑functional product teams.

The position requires experience in SAP EAM/IAM and a proactive approach to optimizing asset maintenance processes within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and SAP EAM/IAM solutions.
• Experience in ERP scrum teams and agile environment.
• Ability to gather business requirements and support asset maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to gather requirements.
• Analyze SAP EAM/IAM capabilities and configure SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP EAM/IAM to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Possibly develop basic technical skills in ABAP, security, CI, or automation.
• Partner with developers to design and implement solutions.
• Plan and execute system tests to verify solutions.
• Oversee deployment to production environments.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support.
• Mentor junior team members if needed.
