Job summary

Snowrelic Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer to design, implement, and support service cloud solutions for customer service and contact centers.

You will advance Agentforce AI agents, build Apex code, and integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Flows, and integrations, plus strong collaboration with analysts, architects, QA, and distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Apex development, Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
• Salesforce Administration and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service and contact centers.
• Develop and enhance Agentforce AI Agents, topics, instructions, prompts, grounding, and integrations.
• Build scalable Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Create and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps.
• Design and maintain Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Autolaunched).
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, approvals, profiles, and metadata.
