Descripción del empleo
About the Role

At Uber Eats, we’re on a mission to help people get whatever they need—whether it’s a meal, groceries, or everyday essentials—exactly when and where they want it. Making that happen at scale takes much more than an app. Behind every interaction is a team designing the systems, tools, and strategies that connect people with what matters most.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our Commercial team in Argentina. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we acquire, grow, and support our partners by designing and optimizing processes, projects, and analytical foundations across the commercial lifecycle.

You’ll report directly to the Commercial Manager for Argentina, with a functional dotted line to the Head of Commercial Strategy, Operations, and Analytics for Central & South America (CASA).

What You’ll Do
  • Build and run the acquisition engine: Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, including lead allocation, Salesforce data quality, conversion tracking, and identifying bottlenecks that help sales teams sign the right partners.

  • Orchestrate commercial planning: Translate commercial strategy into actionable sales plans, supporting quota setting, territory design, and incentive alignment.

  • Support expansion and retention: Partner with Account Management by providing insights that identify upsell opportunities and help prevent churn as the market matures.

  • Design and localize processes: Act as the bridge between the Argentina team and regional strategy and operations, adapting best practices in pricing, onboarding, compensation, and demand generation to local needs.

  • Own performance analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that serve as the source of truth for country leadership, offering clear visibility into pipeline health, active partners, and revenue performance.

  • Manage stakeholders effectively: Operate comfortably in a matrixed environment, supporting the Country Commercial Manager while collaborating with regional and central teams.

What You’ll Need
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or related roles. Experience in high-growth tech, consulting, or startup environments is a strong plus.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, coordinate across teams, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced data skills, including strong proficiency in SQL (or the willingness to learn quickly), Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a solid understanding of how leads, accounts, and data governance work together.

  • Business‑level English proficiency and native Spanish, with the ability to clearly communicate complex operational topics to senior stakeholders.

Bonus Points
  • A “builder” mindset: comfort working in ambiguity, creating structure where none exists, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

  • Strong problem‑solving instincts and a bias toward action when processes aren’t working as intended.

  • Market awareness and the ability to spot industry trends and translate them into practical commercial strategies.

Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Here, bold ideas create real‑world impact, challenges drive growth, and speed fuels progress. What moves us, moves the world - let’s move it forward, together.
