The ideal candidate has 3+ years in agency or marketing settings, expert Premiere Pro skills, and fluent English for seamless collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, media production, or marketing teams.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Fluent English communication and ability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience editing content for ads, brand storytelling, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color correction, sound design, and transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, logo animations).
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, thumbnails).

You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns . • Optimize videos for different platforms , ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.

• Collaborate with creative teams —designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.

• Manage video files and organize assets , ensuring structured workflows and version control.

• Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.

• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.

• Ensure timely delivery of final assets , accounting for internal and client review steps.

Is This You?

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferable in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro , plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

• Strong storytelling ability , with a clear understanding of pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.

• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).

• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.

• Highly organized —able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Fluent English communication skills , with ability to work with U.S.-based teams.

• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with education, technology, corporate, or mission-driven brands.

• Understanding of social media engagement strategies for video.

• Comfort presenting work and discussing revisions with clients.
