Job summary

Accenture Plc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional data migration activities for a major automotive client. You will define the migration approach, ensure data quality, and manage risks across multiple workstreams in a global consulting environment.

English is required for interviews and daily work; 100% remote, with UTC working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Experience with S/4HANA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology including extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
