Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or marketing setting.
• Strong storytelling with attention to pacing and audience engagement.
• Experience editing ads, marketing, or corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and campaigns.
• Enhance video quality with color, sound, and transitions.
• Add motion graphics and simple animations to boost engagement.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and TV.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to meet goals.
• Organize assets, manage workflows, and ensure version control.
• Review edits with internal and client feedback before delivery.
• Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of final assets and meet review steps.
