Ideal candidates bring a 5+ year background in finance/analytics, experience with large datasets, and proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Query.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, data analytics, BI, automation, or digital transformation environments.
• Experience with large data sets, data modeling, financial systems, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; translate insights into actions.
• Interest or experience using AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead reinsurance settlement activities, reconciliations, reporting, and operational oversight.
• Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, variances, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize BI and AI-enabled tools to streamline reconciliations, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Drive automation, system integration, and process improvement initiatives for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to develop dashboards and insights for strategic decisions.
