HappyRobot in Argentina is seeking a Senior Generalist Recruiter to partner with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across technical and business roles. You’ll own hiring end-to-end and help scale our team in a fast-growing AI startup.

You will build pipelines across engineering, GTM, and operations, craft compelling candidate experiences, and iterate on sourcing strategies while collaborating with the leadership team.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (technical + business roles)
• Strong sourcing skills and creativity in finding top talent
• Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency
• Excited about building teams from the ground up

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles — from sourcing to close

• Support employer branding across LinkedIn, events, and referrals
