Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact international FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design and ship agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modern frontend architecture, collaborating with backend services and APIs.

You will work with AI-assisted development workflows, aiming to prototype faster, validate code, and improve testing and debugging while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering background with React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI coding tools in production.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React / TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic software engineering practices.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend applications with BFF and backend APIs.
• Work within a micro-frontend architecture using Rspack and Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI backend services.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across CX workflows.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX with gateway permissions.
• Troubleshoot frontend-backend issues.
• Ensure reliability, accessibility, and performance of agent-critical workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
