Job summary

Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high‑impact FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript within a modular frontend architecture and collaborate with backend teams powering the platform.

You will apply AI‑assisted engineering practices, prototype with AI coding assistants, and contribute to automated workflows to boost productivity

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows
• Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI‑based services
• Ability to design complex UIs with forms, dashboards, and workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and complex workflows
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook
• Apply AI‑assisted software engineering practices to prototype, implement, test, and debug
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity
• Build data‑driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and BFF layers
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers
