Santex Group is seeking a Senior React Native Developer (Must: Node.js) to build cross‑platform mobile and web applications. You will collaborate with Product to translate requirements into robust, well‑tested code, taking ownership of quality, architecture, and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The role involves working in an Agile environment and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Formación

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering production software and working in Agile environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build cross‑platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo for iOS and Android.
• Develop web apps in ReactJS and share business rule libraries with mobile apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs in NodeJS to support applications.
• Write clean, well‑tested TypeScript code with strong review and documentation practices.
• Own the engineering lifecycle for features, including architecture, testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot defects, and ensure offline capability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with Product team and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Job description: We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our Engineering team building full stack, cross-platform mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our Product team to translate requirements and designs into robust, well-tested code – taking ownership of engineering quality, architecture and delivery. You will use AI tools such as Claude or Github Copilot to accelerate and enhance the development workflow.

Essential Functions

• Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo (iOS and Android)
• Develop web applications in ReactJS, sharing business rule libraries with mobile apps
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs in NodeJS to support these applications
• Use Claude or Github Copilot as a development accelerator, generating code scaffolding, writing and reviewing tests, creating documentation and prototyping solutions
• Own the engineering lifecycle for your features: architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code; maintain high standards through code review and documentation
• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, memory, and offline capability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues
• Participate in Agile or product-centric delivery practices including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Learn and apply new technologies, tools, and patterns to improve system quality and team effectiveness

Experience

• 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience delivering production software preferred
• Experience working in Agile or team-based development environments preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
