Bluelight is a leading software consultancy delivering innovative technology across the Americas. We seek a capable software engineer to design and implement scalable back-end and front-end solutions for diverse clients.

You will work with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and React/TypeScript, focusing on data-rich financial reporting and analytics. Collaboration with product managers and data engineers is essential, as is delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience with Flask, FastAPI or Django.
• Frontend development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and data access modeling.
• End-to-end full-stack solutions for financial reporting and analytics.
• Refactor and optimize software using Agile methodologies.

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.
• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
