You will own backend architecture, write clean, well-tested code, and help shape performance, reliability, and security across systems. 4+ years of Python backend experience and strong SQL/ORM skills are required, with Docker and GitHub Actions familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend software development experience using Python.
• Deep understanding of Python core concepts (OOP, functional programming, memory management, async/concurrency, and data structures).
• API & Microservices: Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade REST APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
• Databases: Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Testing: Commitment to writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Pytest.
• Version Control: Advanced proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (Pull Requests, branching strategies, code reviews).

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Code Quality & Technical Standards: Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Conduct peer code reviews and promote modern Python practices.
