Senior Project Manager
Role Summary

The Senior Project Manager is the central operational leader for the creative department, focused specifically on ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of Content, Design, and Animation projects. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage the logistics and workflow of creative talent, ensuring all production runs smoothly and meets delivery objectives without technical hurdles.

Daily Responsibilities

The following responsibilities drive the creative production and delivery pipeline:

  • Direct Creative Request Management: Serve as the initial operational filter. This involves reviewing all incoming creative requests, thoroughly extracting the essential scope and creative requirements, defining project assets, and preparing detailed documentation before handing off to the creative team kick-offs.
  • Planning and Execution of Production Timelines: Develop, manage, and enforce detailed production schedules that align with the creative lifecycle (e.g., concept development, design iterations, review stages, and final animation sign-off).
  • Internal Team Coordination (Creative Focus): Facilitate the workflow for all internal creative resources (Designers, Animators, Content Writers). Manage the hand-offs of materials and feedback loops from project initiation through the final stages of completion.
  • Leadership of Internal Alignment Calls: Lead and orchestrate critical production meetings and syncs. Sets agendas, manages discussion to resolve operational conflicts, and documents clear action items and decisions.
  • Final Asset Delivery and Organization: Oversee the proper structure and organization of all completed creative assets (approved content, final designs, rendered animations). This includes ensuring files are correctly named, archived, and readily available for final distribution.
  • Tracking Project Budget and Resource Hours: Monitor and accurately track the utilization of creative team time and associated project costs.
  • Coordination of Creative Team Scheduling and Allocation: Strategically plan and manage the workload for individual creative specialists across multiple concurrent projects to maximize efficiency and prevent resource burnout or conflicts.
  • Onboarding of New Creative Team Members: Manage the seamless operational integration of new members into the creative team, ensuring they are oriented to all project processes, tools, and documentation standards.
  • Daily Status Reporting: Maintain a meticulously accurate and up-to-date status tracker, ensuring complete transparency of production progress for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Internal Competencies & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, with a proven focus on managing creative deliverables (e.g., marketing, video, design agency environment).
  • Creative Process Mastery: A deep understanding of how content is drafted, designs are iterated, and animations are produced from concept to final delivery.
  • Workflow Management: Exceptional skill in designing and implementing standardized creative workflows that improve team output and consistency.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
  • AI Tool Understanding (preferred): A solid understanding of AI tools and their application in content creation (e.g., generative media pipelines, automated asset creation) is a significant asset.
