Job summary

GSW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multidisciplinary teams and drive campaigns from concept to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while coordinating creative and planning staff across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have strong project management skills, experience in advertising/marketing, and a proven ability to lead teams through complex workflows and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS or BA (or relevant experience)
• 4+ years previous in advertising/marketing project management

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and creative needs; track projects and problem solve
• Lead weekly status meetings and distribute updates
• Route deliverables through teams with coordinators
• Maintain process guidelines and motivate the team through timelines
• Collaborate with planners and resource managers to assign staff
• Use Wrike to write tasks with clear deliverables and resolve directives
• Capture next steps and deliverables in reports and recaps
• Identify risks related to budgets, resources, and timelines and escalate as needed
• Ensure client management stays aligned with creative teams during discussions
