Oppizi is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own customer facing features end to end across web and mobile platforms. You will design, build, and deliver durable workflows, integrate AI capabilities, and ship production-ready solutions with a strong focus on user outcomes.

You will collaborate with product, design and ops to shape requirements, run experiments, and ensure high quality, scalable software in a fast-growing global company.

Formación

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering building customer facing web applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React.
• Production experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into application workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience deploying and operating services in the cloud, ideally on AWS.
• Upper intermediate or fluent English with strong asynchronous communication skills.

The Role

As a Senior Product Engineer, you sit at the intersection of product intuition, user experience, and technical execution. You will own customer facing features end to end: discovery, system design, backend architecture, frontend polish, and production delivery. You'll work on the tools our customers and field teams use every day, across our web platform, mobile apps, durable backend workflows, and our proprietary AI applications. This is a role for someone who wants to ship real products to real users, not maintain a slice of someone else's roadmap.

What You'll Do

• Own product capabilities end to end. Architect, build, and ship complete features across our web platform (React, Node.js) and mobile apps (React Native), from first commit to production monitoring
• Build durable, distributed workflows. Model campaign operations, distribution tracking, and multi step business processes as Temporal workflows that survive retries, failures, and long running state
• Build applied AI experiences. Integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation directly into the product to remove operational toil and solve concrete customer problems. You'll extend our existing proprietary AI apps and help define what comes next
• Drive product discovery and iteration. Partner closely with Product Managers, designers, and ops to shape requirements, run experiments, read the data, and deliver solutions users actually adopt
• Own what you ship in production. Deploy services to AWS ECS, keep CI/CD pipelines fast and reliable, and proactively improve performance and observability
• Elevate the team. Lead technical design reviews, mentor teammates, and continuously refine how we build for speed and quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience building customer facing web applications
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and React
• Production experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) into application workflows

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Temporal or similar workflow engines (Cadence, Step Functions, Airflow)
• TypeScript and AWS services, especially ECS
• React Native (iOS and Android)
• Hands on exposure to RAG pipelines, embeddings, evals, or agentic tool use
• Experience running product experiments, instrumenting telemetry and analytics, and rapid prototyping
