Job summary

Tether is seeking a Senior Product Designer for Wallets to own design execution end to end across wallets, collaborating with the Design Lead, product, and engineering to craft next‑gen experiences for a global audience.

This 100% remote Worldwide role demands 5+ years in product design, strong Figma mastery, prototyping with AI, and a plain-language approach to complex crypto UX. Crypto familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with shipping live wallet/crypto/fintech products.
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design and prototyping.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, including AI tools to accelerate ideation.
• Working understanding of crypto networks, fees and self-custody, and how they shape user experience.
• A plain-language instinct: make complex things feel obvious.
• Proactive by default: spot problems early and bring solutions.
• Experience designing for emerging markets or first-time financial users is a plus.
• Design systems experience at scale is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
