Job summary

Devsu seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a team delivering business applications and automations for clients in the US and LatAm. You will translate requirements into robust Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, maintaining Dataverse models and governing through CoE standards.

You’ll work with BAs, Architects and UX Designers to craft user-friendly interfaces, while contributing to ALM practices and cross-region collaboration. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Power Apps experience (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• 3–5 years of Power Automate experience (cloud flows, approvals, scheduled flows).
• Strong Dataverse knowledge: tables, relationships, security.
• Experience with ALM and deployment best practices (Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps).
• Familiar with CoE governance standards (naming conventions, DLP, security, performance).
• Able to deliver end-to-end from requirements to deployment with little supervision.
• SDLC and Agile Scrum knowledge; familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills; able to work across time zones; advanced English (B2+/C1).
• Nice to have: Code Apps in Power Apps (React/TypeScript).
• Nice to have: Copilot Studio experience (Power Automate & Teams).
• Nice to have: Power Automate Desktop experience.
• Nice to have: PL-400 or PL-600 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Take requirements through design, build, test, deploy and support with little supervision.
• Build Canvas and Model-Driven apps in Power Apps with complex forms and layouts.
• Design and maintain Power Automate flows with integrations to SharePoint, Dataverse, Outlook, Teams.
• Design Dataverse solutions: tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
• Manage ALM: environments, connection references, variables and pipelines.
• Follow CoE governance standards and develop reusable components and templates.
• Collaborate with BAs, Architects and UX Designers to refine requirements and interfaces.
• Perform code reviews and participate in stand-ups across regions.
