Dentsuaegis Argentina is seeking a Sr. Associate, Project Management to support delivery of digital marketing projects within a collaborative PMO. You will help organize timelines, meetings, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and partners across SEO, Paid Search, and other channels.

The role emphasizes learning PMO processes, clear communication, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced agency environment. Based in Buenos Aires with full-time permanent status.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
• Experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, or agency environment beneficial but not required.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is preferred.
• Interest in developing project management skills and growing within PMO or operations team.

Responsabilidades

• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across digital marketing projects.
• Maintain project timelines, task lists, status trackers, and shared documentation.
• Schedule internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and distribute follow-ups.
• Help track project deliverables, deadlines, approvals, and open action items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates and ensure accuracy of information.
• Prepare and update project status reports for review by PMs and account leads.
• Assist with organizing project materials, client feedback, and documentation in shared systems.
• Support intake and tracking of new work requests under guidance of PMs.
