Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Oracle DBA based in Argentina for a fully remote role. You will manage complex Oracle environments across versions 10g, 11g, 12c, and 19c, including ODA/Exadata.

The role emphasizes upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, high availability, RMAN backups, and engineered systems. You will work with distributed teams and clients, delivering secure, reliable database platforms.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional Oracle DBA experience across Oracle versions 10g/11g/12c/19c.
• At least 2 years with Oracle Engineered Systems (ODA/Exadata).
• Hands-on upgrades to Oracle 19c and complex migrations.
• Strong RMAN backup/recovery, high availability, and performance tuning.
• Experience with RAC, Data Guard, partitioning, and compression.
• Cloud experience desirable; fully remote work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Oracle databases across multiple versions for stability and performance.
• Lead upgrades and migrations to Oracle 19c with minimal disruption.
• Tune performance and optimize database environments regularly.
• Manage RMAN-based backup, recovery, and DR processes.
• Maintain high availability using RAC, Data Guard, and related tech.
• Monitor using Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control.
• Support Linux/OEL and other OS environments as needed.
• Collaborate with distributed project teams in a consulting setup.
