Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator to join the Mogul Department. You will lead complex manufacturing tasks, ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently, and collaborate across teams to deliver consistent product quality.

The role requires basic English, a high school diploma, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing and moving throughout shifts. Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 4–5 day onboarding program.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4 - 5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

As a Senior Operator, you’ll help power the world’s most loved brands - delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You’ll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. This role will support our Mogul Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
