SOFTGIC in Argentina seeks a senior developer to contribute across the full stack, design systems, and mentor peers. You will lead code reviews and help shape architecture while solving complex technical problems.

You will build backend services with Node.js and Express, craft RESTful APIs, and work across databases, microservices, and frontends in a distributed team. Advanced English is required.

Formación

• Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js.
• Professional experience with Express.js.
• Experience building complex SPAs.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, Angular, or AngularJS.
• Experience designing RESTful web services or microservices.
• Experience with Docker in Linux/macOS environments.
• Experience with NoSQL and/or MultiValue (PICK) databases.
• Git, Agile methodologies, CI, and software testing practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and architecture.
• Ability to contribute to system design decisions on scalability, performance, security and data integrity.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) for distributed international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and debug complex web applications.
• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.
• Work across all application tiers from databases to frontend.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Lead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system design focusing on security, scalability, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with QA on testing strategies.
• Work with CI, TDD, Git, and Agile development practices.
• Mentor developers and share technical expertise within a distributed team.
