BairesDev is seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer to lead the implementation and customization of the Oracle NetSuite platform, acting as the technical architect for financial systems and ensuring scalable digital solutions.

You will join a 100% remote team, collaborating with the global Top 1% talent pool, and contribute to governance, reporting, and integration strategies that drive enterprise-wide efficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite development, implementation, and customization.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x to automate processes.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk for integrations.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to streamline Accounting and Finance operations.
• Design and manage complex integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems to ensure transactional integrity and seamless data flow.
• Map end-to-end business processes and translate functional needs into technical configurations that support long-term platform scalability.
• Establish robust governance and deployment practices, including version control and thorough documentation for all system modifications.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build advanced reporting tools and dashboards that provide deep operational visibility.
• Ensure system stability and audit readiness by maintaining internal controls and optimizing existing customizations for performance.

As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will lead the implementation and customization of the Oracle NetSuite platform to optimize enterprise business processes. What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in NetSuite development, implementation, and customization.
• Proven expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x) to automate processes and build custom tools.
• Proficiency in NetSuite tools including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk for integrations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite data models, saved searches, and advanced reporting.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
