AgileEngine, a leader in software for Fortune 500 brands and startups, seeks a Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and turn large datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership and product teams. You will own data models, optimize queries, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business decisions.

You will work with modern BI tools, including Tableau and Streamlit, and leverage AI coding aids to accelerate analytics while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI tools for coding, SQL, analysis, and testing.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of SQL development experience ; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands‑on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands‑on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
• Prior practical, hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.

• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

NICE TO HAVES

• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
