Job summary

Cognizant in Argentina is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using Angular 16+ and .NET 6+. You will build RESTful APIs, optimize SQL databases, and implement Azure serverless solutions.

You will collaborate across product, architecture, and design teams, participate in code reviews, and drive CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. A hybrid or remote work model is available, with strong emphasis on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 16+, .NET 6+, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure Functions and serverless application architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Agent Mode, or similar productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular 16+ and .NET 6+.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Develop and optimize SQL database solutions, including schema design and query tuning.
• Implement cloud-native and serverless solutions using Azure Functions and other Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements across the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Manage work items and project delivery using Azure DevOps Boards.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and releases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and software engineering best practices.
