Wripple is seeking a Motion Designer in Buenos Aires, Argentina for a 40-hour week, 12-month contract, with potential to convert to full-time. You will create and edit video/audio content across multiple divisions, ensuring brand-aligned storytelling and compelling visuals.

The role demands collaboration with creative leads and writers, and requires strong English communication and in-house brand experience.

Qualifications

• Must provide a portfolio of exceptional video content across marketing formats.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in video editing and animation tools.
• Strong typography, composition, color theory and hierarchy fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in film, graphic design or related field.
• Experience in video production including editing and graphics for live and pre-recorded content.
• Comfortable working in a corporate, in-house environment with a premium global brand.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and strong time management.
• Maintain craft and attention to detail; work well in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver creative solutions aligned with our brand, pushing boundaries where appropriate.
• Concept, storyboard, edit and animate video content for cross-channel marketing.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive video and audio assets; iterate on feedback.
• Tell compelling stories that connect complex topics to audience goals and business aims.
• Apply motion design fundamentals: timing, spacing, composition, typography, transitions.
• Utilize 3D animation capabilities to enhance storytelling.
• Leverage AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies and best practices in video and audio.
